RETURN POLICY

Returns with Bijoubel are easy! Just use the return form on the back of your packing slip. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call 228-344-3393 (Monday – Friday 10:00 AM CT– 5:00 PM CT), message us on our Facebook page, or email us at customerservice@bijoubel.com.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order at customerservice@bijoubel.com. A photo of the incorrect item/manufacturer defect must be included in your email.
Once we’ve reviewed the photos and it has been determined that the item is defective, we will email you a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back and will ship out the correct/new item(s) once we receive your return.
If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our warehouse it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on or holes made to items when opening packages with scissors – this is not a manufacturer defect.

RETURNS

All returned items will be given a full refund and does not include original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and we recommend that you send the item(s) back using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit to us.
Items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date provided by USPS with ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to send it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 14 days of our receipt.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items are listed in the Clearance section of our website and are notated with “Final Sale” in the products name. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
